B&B Programme – Kicking Off This September!

We’re so excited to launch our B&B Programme this September for Year 6 girls and Year 7 boys – a unique opportunity to explore what it means to grow up Jewish and become part of the wider Stanmore community. Through fun, food, and meaningful learning, we’ll journey together toward becoming proud, knowledgeable, and confident young Jews.

Each session includes dinner, so come hungry for good food and great conversation!

Here’s what we’ve got planned:

28th September 2025 – Getting to Know Yourself and each other
Start your B&B journey with fun icebreakers and big questions – who are you and what does it mean to be part of this community?

26th October 2025 – Becoming Bnei Mitzvah: What Changes for Boys and Girls?
A deep dive into what it really means to become Bnei Mitzvah – from responsibility to ritual.

16th November 2025 – Boys: Torah Reading 101 | Girls: Women of Valour
From leyning to leadership – discover your voice and strength in our tradition.

7th December 2025 – Winter Wonderland Ice Skating Outing!
Time to bond on and off the ice with a fun outing to London’s Winter Wonderland.

18th January 2026 – Boys: Tefillin Workshop | Girls: Challah Bake
Hands-on learning and tradition: wrap it, bake it, love it!

22nd February 2026 – Boys: Tzitzit Tying | Girls: Candle Making
Create something meaningful with your own hands – and learn the spiritual side too.

22nd March 2026 – Pesach and Our Freedom Today
Freedom, identity, and why the Exodus still matters to us.

26th April 2026 – Why is Israel so important to us?

31st May 2026 – The Great Gift: Chessed Project
Time to give back! A hands-on kindness mission to support others and build community.

5th July 2026 – Final Outing & Graduation Ceremony
Celebrate all you’ve learned and the friendships you’ve made with a special outing and graduation to wrap up an unforgettable year.
