Immerse yourself in a transformative 6 WEEK journey that combines a dynamic 3-week professional internship with a week of intensive Jewish leadership training, culminating in a 2-week Jewish leadership role at one of our vibrant summer camps.

Discover Your Professional Passion (Week 1-3): During this period you will have a professional placement at a business/organisation

Embark on a thrilling 3-week professional internship that will set the stage for your future career. Whether you're delving into the world of marketing, technology, education, or a number of other fields, our Summer Fellowship Programme provides a hands-on and immersive experience, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. Forge connections, gain valuable insights, and develop skills that will propel you towards success in your chosen field, working for and with leading Jewish mentors.

Unlock Your Leadership Potential (Week 4): During this period you will be on a pre summer camp training programme

Elevate your Jewish leadership skills with a dedicated week of training designed to empower and inspire. Meet your fellow Tribe leaders and get planning for camp! Our Tribe team will guide you through workshops, interactive sessions, and team-building activities to enhance your communication skills, build your Jewish leadership potential and help you run the most engaging and impactful programmes. Discover the Jewish community leader within you and cultivate the confidence to make a positive impact on your surroundings.

Lead with Impact at Tribe Summer Camp (Week 5-6): During this period you will be at Tribe summer camp in the UK or abroad

Put your newfound skills to the test as you transition from participant to leader at one of our amazing Tribe summer camps. Over two action-packed weeks, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our participants, fostering teamwork, and making a lasting impact. This hands-on Jewish leadership opportunity will challenge and inspire you, providing a platform to showcase your abilities, build lasting connections, and leave a legacy that extends beyond the summer.
